Job summary

Stfrancis in Denver is offering a summer internship designed to expose students to all facets of the dealership. You will execute business initiatives, rotate within departments, and gain hands-on experience under supervision.

Participants work 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks, with leadership and sales skills preferred. The program includes on-the-job training, promotion pathways, and opportunities for networking within the company. Starting pay is $15-23 per hour.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college or university.
• Strong leadership and sales skills preferred.
• Commitment to high-quality work and customer service.
• Ability to accept constructive feedback.

Responsibilities

• Execute business initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in all facets of the dealership.
• Work under supervision to perform assigned functions.
• Develop skills to rotate within the department to learn operations.
• Lead a summer-long process improvement project to impact the business.
• Participate in a 12-week internship program focused on Parts or Service operations.
