Job summary

DSI Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated professional to manage vetting and compliance for incoming and existing dealer relationships in Richardson, TX. You will oversee prescreening, vendor code submission, and compliance requirements for dealers.

The role requires sharp attention to fraud, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate onboarding with internal teams. This is a full-time, on-site position offering growth within a family-owned distributor with extensive partner

Qualifications

• Sales professional with a proven track record.
• Strong organizational skills and calendar planning.
• Keen eye for fraud, business malpractice, and theft.
• Dynamic, highly motivated with integrity and passion for compliance.
• Able to learn industry key metrics and translate them into action.
• Experience with subscription-based services and face-to-face marketing.

Responsibilities

• Vet and ensure compliance for new and existing vendor relationships.
• Conduct vetting calls to validate addresses, go-to-market, and credibility.
• Schedule and reschedule vetting calls; document transcripts for approval.
• Submit information to vendor partners for approval.
• Manage trackers and onboarding items; lead dealer onboarding.
• Perform quality reviews every 30–60 days post-onboarding; spot checks.
• Support Account Executives and onboarding/compliance activities.
• Coordinate with onboarding and credit departments.
• Enforce company directives across the dealer base.
