Job summary

Orgill is seeking a high-potential analyst to serve as the analytical and operational backbone for retail dealer transitions. You will perform high-precision crossmatching of hardware products and coordinate with POS providers to ensure technical readiness that maximizes profitability.

You will handle file work and data for onboarding new business and assist RDMs with crossmatch data prep for pre-visit. Responsibilities include crossmatching, POS coordination, dealer market support, and on-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Retail Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel, Access, Outlook).
• 2+ years of experience in hardware retail is highly preferred.
• Travel: up to 15%
• Attendance: regular on-site, in-person attendance.

Responsibilities

• Crossmatching: collect, organize, and analyze the customer’s crossmatch file; ensure accurate SKU substitution and category alignment.
• POS Coordination: coordinate data with POS providers and set conversion dates/training.
• Project Implementation: support file manipulation and on-site merchandising guidance for dealer account conversions.
• Financial Reconciliation: assist reconciliation of buyback and opening order data after conversion.
• Dealer Market Support: assist in dealer markets preparation, setup, and merchandising displays.
• Communication: update sales/field teams on POS conversions and merchandising status.
