Job summary

Entrega is seeking a Dealer Operations Analyst in Dallas, TX to provide expert support to Dealers, handling technical questions and onboarding with urgency and empathy. You will communicate via phone and email, document interactions precisely, and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth dealer software usage and adherence to SLA and quality standards.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, independence, and a customer-focused mindset to drive successful Software onboarding and issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years in customer and client service or technical support.
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and document interactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide dealer support via phone and email with empathy and accuracy.
• Troubleshoot OEM software applications and perform root-cause analysis.
• Orchestrate onboarding for dealers to OEM software applications.
• Maintain detailed, high-quality documentation of interactions.
• Escalate unresolved issues and coordinate with teammates as needed.
• Assist with additional tasks to support organizational goals.
