Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Administrator to own the dealer intake and review process end to end. You will validate licenses, insurance, registrations, and principals, and coordinate background/credit checks with the vendor against a standardized scorecard.

You’ll lead dealer onboarding, communications of program terms, annual recertifications, and maintain records for roughly 600 dealer accounts while serving as the primary contact for program inquiries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in program administration, partner/channel operations, compliance, or related operational role.

Responsibilities

• Own the dealer application intake and review process end to end, collecting and validating licenses, insurance, registrations, and principals.
• Coordinate background/credit checks with the vendor and score applicants against the Dealer Scorecard.
• Lead new dealer onboarding: agreement execution, systems setup, program terms, and API/portal access.
• Administer the annual recertification cycle for existing accounts and verify ongoing compliance.
• Conduct spot audits of dealer storefronts and social presence per scorecard criteria.
• Monitor day-to-day dealer compliance signals and escalate issues per the review process.
• Maintain records for ~600 dealer accounts including tier, geography, and submission history.
