This role emphasizes data integrity, process standardization, and collaboration with multiple divisions to support dealer setup and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Min 2+ years related work experience.
• SAP, ACCESS or other Database Management systems knowledge.
• Knowledge of state requirements for dealer set-up preferred.
• Superior organizational skills.
• Fast learner that takes initiative.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up new dealer accounts and add product lines in Dealer Master Data Management (MDM).
• Verify legal documentation and protect accuracy of customer files.
• Follow procedures for account changes, relocations, and terminations.
• Process dealer terminations by updating MDM and notifying intercompany personnel.
• Maintain updates of customer tax exemption certificates annually or as required.
• Audit legal documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare documents for transitioning to digital as needed.
• Archive digital documents per records policy and J-SOX controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
