Foundation Finance Company is seeking a Dealer Services Licensing Specialist to manage licensing and insurance onboarding for our Dealers nationwide. You will review dealer applications, verify licensing requirements, and coordinate with state agencies to ensure compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities include entering dealer data, obtaining missing items, monitoring license statuses, and communicating with dealers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

Qualifikationen

• Associate’s degree in business, finance, communication, marketing or related field.
• Proficiency with Word Processing and Spreadsheet software; knowledge of development software and design software.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Aufgaben

• Accurately enter new and existing dealers’ information and upload supporting documentation in all operating system(s).
• Coordinate with staff and managers to resolve customer verification/document issues by contacting dealers for missing items.
• Utilize State Licensing Boards’ websites to locate and verify dealers’ licenses.
• Handle dealer and internal staff communication for all state licensing questions and requests.
• Review state finance, contractor, business applications and payment confirmation pages for new licenses and monitor existing licenses.
• Communicate with federal, state, and local agencies to confirm compliance with rules and regulations.
• Monitor and track license status changes, coordinate with other departments to guarantee licensing requirements are met.
• Process, maintain and communicate with dealers regarding liability insurance policies to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
