DSI Systems Inc. seeks a motivated professional to manage vetting and compliance for incoming dealers. You will oversee prescreening, dealer code submission, and adherence to regulatory requirements, supporting the onboarding process and ongoing relationship governance.

The role emphasizes strong organizational skills, fraud awareness, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure compliance and growth across vendor partnerships.

Qualifications

• Sales background with track record of credibility and relationship building.
• Excellent calendar management and organization skills.
• Keen eye for fraud, malpractice, and theft in business dealings.

• Ability to translate industry metrics into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Vet and ensure compliance for new and existing vendor relationships.
• Conduct vetting calls to verify address, business validation, and go-to-market credibility.
• Submit required information to vendors for approval and maintain trackers.
• Onboard new dealers including COI, background checks, POS setup, and agreements.
• Perform ongoing dealer quality reviews and monitor performance metrics.
