Foundation Finance Company is seeking a Dealer Services Analyst to research, monitor, and document dealer applications and record changes to ensure compliance and onboarding efficiency. You will prepare documents and conduct research to onboard contractors to become dealers.

The role includes handling inquiries, supporting onboarding across systems, and collaborating with Sales and Development teams. Evening shifts and occasional weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in business, finance, communication, or related field OR 2 years’ of experience in research, market analysis or consumer finance.
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
• Knowledge of Word Processing software; Spreadsheet software; Internet software and Experience with Adobe Illustrator and PDF.
• One evening shift per week and one Saturday every 7 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter new and existing dealers’ information, upload supporting documentation in all operating systems used (SalesForce, DecisionLender, Spectrum, TrustLayer).
• Document notes properly in all required areas per company processes and procedures.
• Respond to all dealers, internal staff and management requests; resolve phone/email requests following proper communication procedures.
• Collect, analyze, research, monitor, and document all new dealer applications, dealer workup checklists, dealer ownership, ACH, changes to company and DBA names.
• Confirm identity, history, and establishment of potential dealers by researching data from multiple software systems.
• Coordinate with Business Development Managers and Inside Sales to assist with updates to lead/dealer records and contact lead/dealer as needed.
• Communicate with other departments to analyze and resolve verification/document issues by contacting dealers for missing items; stipulations, signed documents, liability insurance, required state licensing etc.
• Assist other departments with night/weekend coverage, administrative tasks, and other duties as assigned.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
