Job summary

Hyundai Capital America (HCA) is seeking a Commercial Funding Associate (Vehicle) to review, book, and fund commercial vehicle retail finance and lease contracts from Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, and fleet dealerships. You will ensure compliance with policies, programs, and state/federal laws in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include validating lease and loan documents, booking requests in DayBreak/Q2 systems, and supporting documentation packages for Mobility teams.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience with commercial loan and lease documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance laws related to commercial vehicle lending and funding.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and internal systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate commercial lease and installment documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Book commercial lease and loan requests in loan origination systems (Daybreak and Q2).
• Respond to dealer and mobility customer calls and conduct outbound follow-up.
• Assist in preparing and distributing lease and loan documentation packages to Mobility teams.
