Job summary

Hyundai Capital America is seeking a Commercial Funding Associate (Vehicle) to review, book, and fund commercial vehicle retail finance and lease contracts with Hyundai, Kia, Genesis, and fleets. This role requires the ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, interpret policies, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

You will book lease and loan requests in Daybreak or Q2, respond to dealer inquiries, and prepare documentation for Mobility teams, while managing multiple

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience working with commercial loan and lease documentation.
• Knowledge of compliance laws related to commercial vehicle lending, contracting and funding.
• Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate executed commercial lease and installment documents for accuracy and compliance with policies and laws.
• Book commercial lease and loan requests in loan origination systems (DayBreak and Q2).
• Respond to dealer and mobility customer calls and conduct outbound follow-up as needed.
• Support preparation and distribution of lease and loan documentation packages to Mobility teams.
