Job summary

Reputable Recruiting is seeking a Product Sales Support Specialist to provide direct product sales information and training to the HCMA dealer network in the United States. You will enable dealership personnel to excel through technical sales guidance and developed materials, supporting growth and profitability across distribution channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or management.
• Master's degree in marketing, finance, or management.
• 5+ years practical experience steering a distribution network toward profitability and growth.
• 10+ years preferred steering a distribution network toward profitability and growth.
• Industry competence in HCMA products.
• Strong networking and relationship skills.
• Commercial knowledge.
• Achievement driven and self-starter attitude.
• Appropriate language skills.
• HCMA product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical sales questions for dealership and HCMA field staff.
• Develop sales support materials to aid dealership sales personnel understanding HCMA and competitive products.
• Drive and support assigned dealers in the sales of all products.
• Take appropriate actions on concerns and issues from dealers.
• Coordinate and perform sales training activities.
• Monitor, follow-up and report sub-regional market dynamics and dealer sales performance.
• Work with Product management to secure dealer competencies and motivate dealer in product sales.
• Communicate to the Director of Regional Business possibilities/risks regarding discounts affecting price realization and market share in sub-region.
• Work with Regional Service Managers to develop assigned dealers product support departments, and to resolve technical issues.
• Support Key Account & governmental activities for assigned area.
