Job summary

Jordan Sitter is seeking a Sales Support Specialist in the heavy equipment sector to provide direct product sales information and training to the HCMA dealer network. You will enable distribution sales personnel to excel through technical and selling skills and support the growth of dealer channels.

The role emphasizes developing sales support materials, coordinating dealer training, and monitoring market dynamics to secure pricing and market share, while collaborating with product management

Qualifications

• MinimumBachelor's degree in marketing, finance, or management.
• Preferred Master's degree in marketing, finance, or management.
• Minimum 5 years in steering a distribution network toward profitability and growth.
• Preferred 10 years in steering a distribution network toward profitability and growth.
• Industry competence and product knowledge in heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Answer technical sales questions for dealership and HCMA field based employees.
• Develop sales support material to aid dealership sales personnel in understanding HCMA and competitive products.
• Drive and support assigned dealers in the sales of all products.
• Take appropriate actions on concerns and issues from dealers.
• Coordinate and perform sales training activities.
• Monitor, follow-up and report sub-regional market dynamics and dealer sales performance.
• Work with Product management to secure dealer competencies and motivate dealer in product sales.
• Communicate to the Director of Regional Business possibilities/risks regarding discounts affecting price realization and market share in sub-region.
• Work with Regional Service Managers to develop assigned dealers product support departments, and to resolve technical issues.
• Support Key Account & governmental activities for assigned area.
