Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Dealer Relationship Representative to build and maintain trust-based relationships with auto and powersports dealers. You will promote OneMain products, assist with loan origination and funding, and drive growth within your territory.

The role requires 1–3 years in auto sales or finance, strong analyticals, and a willingness to travel 50–75% across the U.S. Alabaster, AL is the location for this on-site position.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with related work experience in auto finance or sales.
• 1–3 years of experience in auto dealership, B2B sales, or finance with solid credit understanding.
• Strong analytical skills in report interpretation and evaluation.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with new auto and powersports dealers.
• Promote OneMain Financial products and programs to dealer partners to drive growth.
• Assist dealers with loan origination and funding, ensuring a smooth process.
• Travel across the U.S. for dealer visits, ride-alongs, and events; monitor market trends.
