Job summary

OneMain Financial seeks a motivated Dealer Relationship Specialist to build and expand partnerships with auto dealerships across the United States. This role focuses on increasing loan volume and providing best-in-class service while traveling to key markets as necessary.

You will work independently to establish new partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with current partners to engage underperforming dealers, all while adhering to company policies and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of sales experience is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be self-directed, detail-oriented and driven.
• Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand relationships with auto dealerships nationwide.
• Foster direct communication with dealership partners and deliver strong customer service.
• Establish new dealership partnerships and expand the franchise/independent network.
• Identify markets to build a robust dealership base and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with existing partners to engage non-participating or underperforming dealers.
