Job summary

OneMain Financial is seeking a Dealer Relationship Representative based in Oklahoma City to build and expand relationships with auto and powersports dealers. You will identify dealers, promote products, assist with loan origination, and drive sales targets while traveling across the U.S.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in auto dealership or B2B sales, strong analytical skills, and a valid driver's license. The role demands self-motivation, time management, and the ability to work across teams

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED with related field experience.
• 1-3 years in auto dealership, B2B sales, or finance with understanding of credit and lending.
• Able to overcome challenges in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Reliable internet and dedicated home office or workspace within territory.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle records.

Responsibilities

• Identify, build and maintain trust-based dealer relationships.
• Promote company products/services to potential dealer partners.
• Assist dealers with loan origination and deal funding processes.
• Monitor market trends and develop growth strategies.
• Travel across the U.S. for dealer visits, ride-alongs and events.
