OneMain Financial is seeking a field-based sales professional in Alabaster, AL, to grow dealer partnerships and drive loan origination. You will promote products, assist with funding, and deliver ongoing client support while analyzing market trends and opportunities.

The role requires relationship skills, a drive to meet targets, and the ability to work across teams in a dynamic environment. Travel up to 50–75% across the U.S. is expected.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience in related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in auto dealership, B2B sales, or finance with understanding of credit and lending.
• Ability to overcome challenges in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Strong analytical skills in report interpretation and evaluation.
• Reliable internet and dedicated home workspace within territory.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.

Aufgaben

• Build relationships, prospect new clients, and promote Company products/services to dealer partners.
• Assist dealers with loan origination and deal funding, providing smooth processes and ongoing client support.
• Collaborate with management to analyze sales trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Monitor market competition by collecting data on pricing, products, and marketing strategies.
• Investigate customer issues and present recommendations to management.
• Work independently across multiple technologies with strong time management and prioritization.
