Job summary

AFC is seeking a Relationship Specialist to build and nurture dealer relationships across the Florida Panhandle region. You will travel within your territory to provide financing solutions, balance risk, and grow revenue while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will use CRM tools to identify needs, promote cross-platform campaigns, and collaborate with a local team dedicated to exceptional dealer support. A strong sales mindset and independent work style are essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage dealer relationships.
• Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Use critical thinking to assess business and risk situations and decide with minimal oversight.
• Develop understanding of customer needs via CRM and work queues.
• Grow the portfolio and assist in promotional efforts for campaigns and partnerships.
• Manage, service, and balance risk on customer accounts.
• Drive growth opportunities with existing and new customers.
