Job summary

Mobility Global’s automotiveMastermind division is seeking a Dealer Relations Manager local to the Philadelphia market. You will build high‑level relationships across dealerships, champion adoption of the Market EyeQ platform, and align client goals with product capabilities to drive loyalty and growth.

You should be comfortable with travel (80‑100% regionally and nationally), possess strong CRM experience, and communicate clearly with executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer service in luxury automotive retail.
• Strong CRM experience and ability to communicate with executives.

Responsibilities

• Build high-level relationships across dealerships and champion product adoption.
• Manage dealer relationships and drive ongoing use of the Market EyeQ platform.
• Execute launch planning, product implementation and dealer training.
• Serve as the main contact for dealership issues and escalation follow-ups.
• Share best-practice knowledge with the client organization and the regional team.
• Ensure timely communication of product changes and new features to accounts.
• Cover a defined geographic area and report to the Director of Dealer Relations.
• Aim for retention of 20+ accounts.
