Job summary

automotiveMastermind seeks a Dealer Relations Manager in the Philadelphia market to build high-level dealer relationships and ensure alignment with their goals and market trends.

You will coach, train, and consult dealers, lead launch plans, and deliver ongoing product adoption while collaborating with the regional team and executives. Expect 80–100% travel and a base salary around $100K–$105K plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing.
• 3–5 years in sales, marketing or customer service in luxury automotive retail.
• Strong CRM experience and tech-savvy with CRM tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel 80–100% and manage multiple accounts.
• Proven relationship-building and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build high-level relationships across the dealership and understand partner goals.
• Demonstrate strategic understanding of dealer markets, pain points and competitors.
• Provide coaching, training, and consultation to dealers to drive adoption.
• Execute launch planning, product implementation and training for dealers and regional team.
• Serve as first contact for dealer issues and escalate appropriately.
• Communicate product changes and new releases in a timely manner.
• Travel 80–100% within the region and nationally as needed.
• Retain 20+ accounts while collaborating with the regional team.
