Job summary

Mobility Global is seeking a Dealer Relations Manager to cultivate strong relationships with dealer partners and drive adoption of our automotive software platform. The role requires travel within the defined territory, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams to achieve dealer success.

You will work locally in the Seattle market, coordinating with regional leadership and providing coaching, training, and strategic guidance to dealers to meet performance goals.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years professional experience in sales, marketing or customer service in a luxury automotive retail environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build high-level relationships with dealer partners.
• Wamiliarity with CRM tools and technolgy; ability to travel regionally/nationally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day dealer relationships and promote product adoption within dealerships.
• Plan and execute launch activities, deliver training, and conduct regular performance visits with dealers.
• Serve as primary contact for dealer issues and coordinate with regional team.
• Collaborate with executive management and other departments to optimize product usage and value proposition.
• Travel 80-100% within the region and nationally as required.
