Job summary

Westlake Financial is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to grow relationships with independent and franchise dealerships across the assigned market. You will educate partners on Westlake programs, train dealer staff, and drive funding opportunities to maximize profitability for both sides.

In this field-based role, you will travel locally, present compelling proposals, manage a dealer base, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely funding and exemplary service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (required).
• 1-2 years in a Sales role with a proven track record.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver to dealers.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Goal oriented with a desire for improvement and advancement.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals for dealers and management.
• Identify sales prospects and manage assigned dealer accounts.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships with independent and franchise dealers.
• Communicate current programs and funding requirements to dealers.
• Assist with preparation of sales contracts and required verifications.
• Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events for dealers.
