Westlake Financial is seeking a Dealer Account Manager to support dealer partners in selling more cars by financing more customers. You will educate and train dealers in your assigned area, acquire new contacts, and manage account development for growth in the Westlake Program.

This full-time role requires a consultative sales approach, field travel within a local market, and the ability to build strong relationships with independent and franchise dealers while ensuring quality program delivery.

Qualifications

• Automotive, finance and sales experience required.
• 1–2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products to dealers.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned to you.
• Follow up on leads from field activity with dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partners within independent and franchise communities.
• Communicate via phone and in-person visits to train on programs and funding.
• Provide solutions and restructure vehicle loans for profitability.
• Assist with sales contracts and verification for Westlake.
• Maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
• Participate in marketing events for dealers.
