Job summary

Motorway is seeking a highly adaptable Business Operations Associate to join our team. This role focuses on the B2B/Dealer side of our marketplace, solving operational and commercial problems across the dealer journey and helping improve post-sale experience.

You will work across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, and external partners, using data to identify opportunities, build hypotheses, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving with autonomy in ambiguous scale-up environments.
• Experience building cross-functional projects across Sales, Product and Engineering.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business improvements.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the Dealer Post-Sale Experience: Identify opportunities across the dealer journey, focus on Move and Pay.
• Drive Stickiness and Retention: address friction points to reduce cancellations.
• Spearhead AI and Automation: embed AI to streamline operational workflows.
• Innovate Novel Post-Sale Areas: research, test and implement new improvements and services.
• Lead Cross-Functional Projects: collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Finance and external partners.
• Data-Driven Analysis: diagnose problems and uncover opportunities to improve retention, CX and efficiency.
• Define Metrics & Action Plans: build business cases, tracking frameworks for initiatives.
• Operate with High Ownership: drive change in a fast-moving environment.
