Job summary

BizzyCar is seeking a founding Solutions & Implementation Engineer to own dealer implementations from kickoff to go-live and hypercare. You will configure the product to each dealership’s workflows, train staff, and guide customers as AI-driven solutions go live.

You will become a subject matter expert on a product rollout to dealerships, collaborating with engineering, support, and GTM teams. This hybrid role requires being in office part-time and 50–70% travel to client sites.

Qualifications

Hands-on integration and configuration experience wiring a product to external systems via APIs, webhooks, or config tools.
Troubleshooting, log diagnosis, and distinguishing config issues from product bugs.
Experience delivering customer training or enablement to non-technical audiences.
Implementation project management from kickoff to go-live.
Comfort validating and verifying data across systems.

Responsibilities

Own dealer implementations end-to-end from kickoff through go-live and hypercare.
Configure solutions to each rooftop by translating dealer workflows into product configuration.
Validate data flows across systems before go-live.
Train dealership staff to full adoption and manage change.
Run the implementation like a project with timelines and stakeholders.
Troubleshoot live issues, reproduce steps, and write clear repro steps.
Write runbooks and SOPs for repeatable deployments.
Be the feedback loop to product for field learnings.
