Qualifications

• 5+ years in business operations, strategy & operations, program management, or a chief-of-staff function.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale processes, playbooks, and operational frameworks.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to turn operational data into clear business insights.
• Comfort working across technical and non-technical stakeholders; ambiguity-solving abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear recommendations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment; drive decisions without formal authority.
• Curiosity about how businesses work and willingness to learn across functions.

Responsibilities

• Track goals, priorities, and initiatives; create SOPs, process maps, playbooks, decision trees, and other operational documentation.
• Centralize knowledge to reduce tribal knowledge; document handoffs, ownership, escalation paths, and workflow standards.
• Partner with internal and external teams to build automation aligned with our DSP AI architecture and tooling standards.
• Collaborate with Analytics to align reporting metrics across tools and systems for data confidence and accuracy.
• Develop analytics framework to answer key business questions and prepare materials for reviews and leadership meetings.
• Identify trends and opportunities; translate into scalable operational solutions based on insights.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to refine processes and quantify business value; improve tools.
