Job summary

Qualifications

• AA degree preferred.
• Document management experience required.
• SAP, ACCESS or other database management systems knowledge required.
• Strong computer skills: Microsoft Excel, Outlook.
• Exceptional detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Setup new dealer accounts and add product lines to existing dealers via Dealer Master Data Management (MDM).
• Verify legal documentation and ensure accuracy of state DMV requirements for licensing.
• Process account changes, relocations, and terminations; manage dealer terminations in MDM.
• Maintain and update customer tax exemption certificates.
• Audit documents for accuracy and compliance with J-Sox controls.
• Prepare documents for digital transfer and work with external vendors on archival projects.
• Other duties as assigned by the department.
