The role administers retail incentives and BLU Print programs from setup to payout, resolving inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining records. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or higher, 2–3 years in dealer support or program administration, strong Excel skills, and experience with

Qualifications

• Experience in dealer support or program administration is preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Ability to research and resolve dealer inquiries with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide dealer support via phone and email for incentives and programs.
• Administer Dealer Incentive and BLU Print programs in SAP/Vistex and related systems.
• Research and resolve inquiries and discrepancies, coordinating with internal partners.
• Produce program summaries and detailed reporting for management and field staff.
• Audit dealer marketing requirements and validate BLU Print eligibility.
• Coordinate quarterly BLU Print appeals and maintain records.
• Maintain Siebel CRM records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal departments and outside vendors to resolve issues.
