Kawasaki Motors Corp., U.S.A. is seeking a Dealer Onboarding & Sales Support Coordinator to lead the end-to-end dealer onboarding lifecycle and support administrative functions behind the dealership sales experience. The role reports to the Sr.

Manager, Sales Strategy and Analysis and collaborates across Sales, Credit, and Funding to ensure readiness for funding. Based in Foothill Ranch, CA, this position emphasizes precision, communication, and process improvement within a fast-paced

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
1–2 years dealer onboarding, project management, or coordination experience (powersports or auto finance a plus).
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Manage the full dealer onboarding process, including application intake, documentation review, compliance checks, system setup, and onboarding status tracking.
Own training scheduling and administration: coordinate session calendars, enrollment, attendance tracking, logistics, and communications with the Sales Training & Development Specialist.
Produce training operational reporting for attendance, completion rates, and scheduling status.
