Job summary

Suncoast Credit Union seeks a Dealer Relations Liaison to drive growth through dealership networks and manage productive relationships with franchise dealers. You will promote financial products, present to decision-makers, and coordinate with internal teams to optimize loan originations and profitability.

Ideal candidates will have 3–4 years in consumer lending, strong communication skills, and the ability to analyze dealer performance while maintaining confidentiality across complex processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or CCUFC designation; equivalent experience considered.
• 3-4 years’ experience in consumer lending with a financial institution.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell financial products to dealership partners, driving revenue and meeting targets.
• Solicit new business opportunities within the dealership network to expand volume.
• Present to dealership decision-makers and support internal staff for effective communication.
• Onboard new members via indirect lending and coordinate with other business units.
• Analyze dealer performance, monitor production, and identify education gaps.
