Job summary

Santander US is seeking a Dealer Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong partnerships with franchised and independent auto dealerships in a defined territory. The role focuses on driving loan originations, educating dealers on products, underwriting policies, and ensuring excellent service while residing within the Gainesville, FL territory.

The position requires 5+ years in auto finance or related sales roles, strong relationship and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or equivalent work experience is required.
• 5+ years of sales experience in auto finance, client relations, account management, relationship management, or automotive retail sales management.
• Proven ability to build strong business relationships and deliver results in a goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and manage strong relationships with automotive dealerships in the territory.
• Grow loan originations and dealer engagement by promoting Santander auto finance programs.
• Educate dealers on product guidelines, underwriting policies, and digital tools.
• Coordinate meetings between Dealer Principals and dealer commercial services partners.
• Monitor dealer KPIs and provide ongoing dealer support to maximize engagement.
