Job summary

LS Solutions seeks a Dealer Network Growth & Optimization Associate to drive growth and performance improvements across the U.S. and Canada.

You will identify prospective dealers, support territory expansion, and coordinate initiatives designed to strengthen dealer results. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and other teams to align strategies and execution, and manage field and office projects that enhance dealer capabilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to collaborate across Sales, Support, Marketing and Field teams.
• Comfort analyzing performance data to drive improvements.
• Experience enabling dealer networks or channel/territory growth.
• Ability to manage both field-facing and office-based initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential dealers and support expansion of the dealer footprint.
• Collaborate with internal teams to implement performance improvement programs.
• Coordinate field and office-based projects that strengthen dealer capabilities.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, and others to align strategies and execution.
• Help optimize dealer network performance through targeted support and initiatives.
