Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of dealer development, sales, or channel marketing experience.
• Experience managing projects or initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new dealers in open or underperforming territories and build initial relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to present value propositions and form partnerships.
• Support dealer expansion and coordinate rollouts with regional managers.
• Document and track progress of dealer growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve dealer enablement and performance.
