Job summary

Westlake Services, LLC is seeking a results-driven Dealer Account Manager to grow and maintain relationships with independent and franchise dealers across the Detroit area. You will educate dealer partners on Westlake programs, train staff, and drive funding opportunities through proactive outreach and consultative sales.

The role requires visiting dealers, presenting solutions, and developing partnerships, with significant local travel and performance-based earnings potential.

Qualifications

• Automotive, finance and sales experience required.
• 1–2 years in a sales role with a proven track record.
• College degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to train and train dealer partners effectively.
• Ability to travel locally and manage dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare presentations and proposals to communicate products and services to dealers.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts in the assigned area.
• Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity with independent and franchise dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships; maintain program knowledge.
• Communicate with dealer partners via phone and in-person visits to train on programs.
• Assist with sales contracts by educating dealers on verification requirements.
• Develop sales materials and stay current on financial products.
• Represent the company at marketing events and seminars for dealers.
