Job summary

Integral dx is seeking a Dealer Development Specialist to recruit, train, and support a growing dealer network for our OEM equipment and attachments across the upper Midwest. You will expand coverage, drive revenue growth, and ensure alignment with company standards at all locations.

The role requires strong networking, strategic thinking, and the ability to travel 50–75% of the time. Bachelor's or Master’s in business-related fields and 3+ years in dealer development are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• 3+ years in dealer development, channel sales, business development, or field sales operations.
• Combination of education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Identify, scout, and appoint new dealers or channel partners in assigned territories.
• Execute sales strategies at the dealer level and monitor performance.
• Provide training, guidance, and support to dealers and staff.
• Monitor dealer performance and drive monthly/quarterly targets.
• Ensure dealers comply with company policies and report market trends.
