Job summary

EY-Parthenon seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to join the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice. You will support and execute operational projects across sectors, aiding client service teams and enabling effective pre-deal and post-deal engagements.

A strong commercial mindset and ability to learn quickly are essential. Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with related work experience, an MBA preferred, and certifications in Agile, ITIL, PMP, Six Sigma, CISSP or CISA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 18 months of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.
• Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• The ability to prioritize effectively on projects and the skills to adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operational projects across sectors and client service teams.
• Develop experience across pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning and tracking.
