Driveway.com, the digital retail arm of Lithia & Driveway, is seeking a Document Compliance Specialist based in New Jersey. You will manage deal paperwork, validate documents, and coordinate with dealerships and finance teams to ensure accurate, timely processing.

This senior customer service role emphasizes clear communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with dealership systems across the documentation workflow. 1504 Route #1, N. Brunswick, NJ 08902.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 18 years or older; drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Clearly communicates paperwork and processes to customer, including follow-up questions.
• Create and complete all deal paperwork in DMS, bank approval systems, and protection product systems.
• Transact paperwork with customers using digital tools where possible, and wet ink when necessary.
• Process all paperwork and ensure it meets the needs of the Business Office (including proof of delivery), DMV and lender requirements.
• Scan / send all deal documentation to the Deal Posting team or Dealership Accountant in the Regional Business Office.
• Work with Business Office to track deal receivables and follow up on outstanding items to ensure collection of all money and bank stipulations for contract funding.
