Job summary

EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Sr Associate/Consultant in Deal Management to support and execute operational projects across multiple industries. The role emphasizes pre- and post-deal work, including carve-out and integration planning, with a commercial focus to create client value.

You will collaborate with EY-Parthenon teams to analyze data, develop strategies, and drive transaction outcomes while building long-lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with ~18 months of related work experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into insights.
• Quantitative and qualitative analysis aptitude.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges and concepts.
• Negotiation and influencing skills with ability to develop relationships.
