Job summary

EY-Parthenon, the Strategy and Execution Deal Technology practice, seeks a Senior Associate-Consultant to support and execute operational projects for diverse clients. You’ll help develop strategies for transactions, participate in pre-deal and post-deal engagements, and improve client value through an entrepreneurial, data-driven approach.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage projects, and build enduring client relationships while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics plus 2 years of related work experience; or graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• MBA is preferred.
• Management consulting experience.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into insights.
• Aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis.
• Ability to prioritize on projects and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute operationally focused projects across sectors, assisting client service teams.
• Develop and execute strategies for transactions with a commercial mindset.
• Contribute to pre-deal and post-deal engagements, including integration planning and tracking.
