Job summary

Red Hat is seeking an Associate Deal Lifecycle Analyst to support the deal development lifecycle by collecting, validating, and preparing deal data and documentation. You will work with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Ops to assemble complete deal packages under guidance from senior team members.

You'll gain exposure to deal management frameworks, data systems, and cross-functional processes, including DocuSign routing and scheduling deal meetings, while developing proficiency in AI-assisted

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/related field.
• 0–2 years of related experience in admin/support roles.
• Foundational knowledge of deal management and sales processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn Salesforce, Google Workspace, and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection, organization, and validation of deal data and docs.
• Support deal development lifecycle by preparing components under guidance.
• Follow procedures to complete routine deal analysis within timelines.
• Maintain accurate records in deal management systems.
• Support scheduling and logistics for stakeholder meetings.
• Work with AI tools to support administrative tasks and workflows.
• Develop knowledge of deal management frameworks and policies.
• Assist with DocuSign routing and tracking for signatures.
• Participate in deal development meetings and follow-up actions.
