Job summary

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience in business, operational or administrative support.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technical, financial, operational or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of sales processes, order processing, contracts or deal management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with collection, organization and validation of deal data and documentation.
• Support deal development lifecycle and prepare deal components under guidance.
• Follow standardized procedures to complete routine deal analysis and management tasks.
• Maintain accurate records in deal management systems.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for deal-related meetings and communications.
• Work with AI tools to support administrative tasks and learn AI-enabled workflows.
• Develop knowledge of deal management frameworks and cross-functional coordination practices.
• Assist with DocuSign routing and tracking for required signatures.
• Participate in deal development meetings to observe, take notes and support follow-up actions.
• Escalate issues to senior team members as needed.
