Rubicon Global Holdings LLC is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to review and analyze complex or non-standard sales deals, coordinate cross-functional alignment on deal terms, and ensure pricing, margins, and contract risks are acceptable.

Reporting to the Deal Desk Manager, this role acts as the central point for deal review, pricing discipline, margin protection, and contract risk evaluation, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations to streamline approvals and help sales teams close

Qualifications

• Experience in financial and operational modeling.
• Ability to synthesize large data into senior-level snapshots.
• Strong Excel skills for dashboards and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex or non-standard deals for pricing and risk.
• Align Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations on terms and approvals.
• Evaluate pricing, margins, commitments, and contract risks for sound deals.
• Streamline approvals to help sales close deals faster.
