Job summary

Chainguard is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join our growing Deal Desk team. You will partner closely with our global Sales team to support end-to-end deal lifecycle, from pricing strategy to quote creation and contract execution.

In this role, you will drive deal momentum, manage quote queues, and provide pricing insights while ensuring policy alignment and data integrity across CPQ, CLM, and Salesforce. This is a remote-friendly, US-based role with quarterly travel for QBRs.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Deal Desk experience in an Enterprise SaaS B2B environment.
• Administrative experience with CPQ and CLM tools is a plus.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of AWS, GCP, and Azure is nice to have.
• Highly organized, customer-focused with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel for QBRs (1x per quarter).

Responsibilities

• Provide full quote-to-signature support for global Account Executives, including quote creation and pricing approvals.
• Manage quote queue and approval workflows to ensure timely responses.
• Drive deal momentum at month- and quarter-end by removing blockers and supporting partners.
• Provide pricing insights and analytical support on complex deal structures.
