48forty Solutions, LLC is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support pricing, deal structuring, and approvals in a fast-paced environment. You will review requests, develop terms for complex transactions, and ensure timely deal submissions.

The role requires 1-3 years in deal desk or sales operations, strong Excel/PowerBI skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Office-based role with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 1-3 years of deal desk, sales operations or similar role.
• CRM skills: Microsoft Dynamics and HubSpot a plus.
• Strong PC skills including Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI & AI assistants.
• Capacity to perform at a high level in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
• Price modeling experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review pricing requests and manage them through the sales process end-to-end.
• Develop pricing, terms, and conditions for complex transactions.
• Oversee routing of deals for approval with timely submissions.
• Assist with pricing, customer and commercial reporting.
• Identify and execute process enhancements to streamline pricing operations.
• Educate sales teams on pricing processes and tools.
• Monitor deal cycle time and pricing compliance.
• Collaborate with departments to resolve deal-related issues.
