Job summary

Rubicon is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to review complex or non-standard sales deals, coordinate cross-functional alignment on terms, and ensure pricing, margins, and contract risks are acceptable. This remote/hybrid role reports to the Deal Desk Manager.

Based in the US, travel up to 10% annually is possible; the role sits in Strategic Sourcing and involves close collaboration with Sales, Legal, Finance and Ops.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in data management and revenue analysis.
• Strong experience in financial and operational modeling.
• Ability to synthesize large data into executive-ready snapshots.
• Proficient in advanced Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare complex or non-standard sales deals for pricing, margins, and risk.
• Align Sales, Finance, Legal, and Ops on deal structure and approval timelines.
• Evaluate pricing, margins, commitments, and contract risks.
• Streamline approval processes to help close deals faster.
• Provide recommendations on deal strategy and risk tradeoffs.
• Present deal analyses and performance insights to leadership.
• Identify opportunities to leverage tech, reporting, and workflows to improve operations.
• Travel up to 10% or work onsite as needed.
