Job summary

Pantheon is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to join our remote, full-time Operations team. You will work at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Legal, and Accounting to enable scalable growth and efficient deal closures.

You’ll review deals, structure transactions, and provide guidance to sales while ensuring compliance with revenue recognition and internal policies. This role reports to the Senior Deal Desk Manager and emphasizes cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted adviser to Sales on Enterprise deal-related matters.
• Provide proactive support and guidance for deal structuring and options.
• Review Order Forms for accuracy, pricing, and compliance.
• Manage the queue and approval process for sales orders.
• Work closely with Sales Management, Finance, Legal, and Support teams.
• Drive best practices to increase Deal Desk efficiency across the organization.
• Analyze transaction trends, efficiency metrics, and areas for improvement.
• Deliver training to salespeople on Deal Desk processes and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to revenue recognition and operational guidelines.
