Job summary

EY is seeking a Deal Architect to lead financial and pricing strategy for its most strategic opportunities. You will shape offers, model deals, and guide teams through competitive pricing while maximizing margins and differentiating EY’s value.

In a hybrid, globally connected environment, you’ll influence executive stakeholders, prepare commercial narratives, and drive pursuit success across complex engagements.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional services experience in pricing, commercial strategy or related fields.
• Expert proficiency in financial modelling, budgeting and metrics.
• Proven track record designing and structuring deals across consulting and managed services.
• Strong pursuit and relationship management with executive presence.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use generative AI tools as decision-support partners.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY's strategic opportunities.
• Develop, test, and refine offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy.
• Assess price points against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value and EY risk, with governance narrative.
• Prepare client-facing financial and commercial materials and support negotiations.
