Qualifications

6+ years of experience in professional services, pricing and commercials, strategy consulting, or commercial management.
Expert proficiency in financial modelling, accounting, budgeting, and metrics.
Experience designing and modelling deals using various pricing strategies and structures.
Strong pursuit management, relationship management, and executive presence.
Ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving pursuit environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

As a Deal Architect, support pursuit teams across five core areas: offer design, pricing, solution, commercial structures, governance.
Develop, test, and refine the offer design, pricing approach, and commercial strategy to improve competitiveness.
Assess proposed prices against market benchmarks and client value drivers.
Use competitive intelligence to strengthen solution differentiation and client value.
Design commercial structures that align with client value while ensuring EY risk-adjusted returns.
Translate complex considerations into compelling narratives for executives.
