EY is seeking a Deal Architect within the Strategic Pricing & Insights Group to lead the financial, commercial, and competitive strategy for EY's most strategic, complex, and transformative opportunities.

You will help shape, negotiate, and close new business by drawing together competitive intelligence, client requirements, EY cost to serve estimates, pricing structures, and risk considerations, guiding teams to build a compelling business case for clients and EY.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in professional services pricing and commercials.
• Expert in financial modelling, budgeting and metrics.
• Experience designing and modelling deals across consulting.
• Strong pursuit management and stakeholder influence.
• Able to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with AI tools for research and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop offer design, pricing approach and commercial strategy.
• Assess price against market benchmarks and client value.
• Use competitive intelligence to refine solution design.
• Design commercial structures aligned to client value and EY risk.
• Drive governance and translate complex factors into a narrative.
