Job summary

Terros Health is seeking a DCS Stabilization Specialist in the Phoenix area to support foster care families and QRTPs, reducing crises that could affect placements. The role requires strong interaction skills, integrity, and a commitment to compassionate care.

The position is full-time, with a schedule around school hours, and involves crisis response, service planning, and coordination with DCS and families to ensure stable environments for youth.

Qualifications

• GED/High school diploma required.
• 1.5+ years of behavioral health experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complete weekly planned interventions and attend CFTs as scheduled.
• Respond to crisis calls to support individuals in DCS custody and their families.
• Develop individual service plans and emergency/crisis plans with the team.
• Coordinate care and document assessments and progress in the chart.
• Engage with families, DCS, RBHA, QSPs and other stakeholders as required.
